Scott Fox has been in the bakery business for 26 years and has been with DLM since 1996. He started out as an apprentice, eventually taking classes at the AIB (American Institute of Baking). After working in wholesale production bakeries and for four years in a retail shop in Historic Roscoe Village in Coshocton, Ohio, Scott went on to the University of Akron, where he served as Executive Pastry Chef until joining DLM in 1996. Scott’s special qualifications include his 1995 training in the making of artisan breads with the Bread Bakers Guild in France.


Muffins

Whole Grain Blueberry — A more healthy sister of our original blueberry muffin, this version uses whole grain white wheat flour.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake — Whole grain white wheat flour make this muffin as wholesome as it is yummy.

Whole Grain Triple Berry — Three different berries and whole grain white wheat flour gives you a great way to earn your serving of whole grains for the day.

Bagels

Baked fresh from scratch every morning, we make our bagels with only top-notch ingredients, including King Arthur unbleached, unbromated, all-natural flour. We make several varieties to please everyone’s taste buds! Choose from:
