Scott Fox has been in the bakery business for 26 years and has been with DLM since 1996. He started out as an apprentice, eventually taking classes at the AIB (American Institute of Baking). After working in wholesale production bakeries and for four years in a retail shop in Historic Roscoe Village in Coshocton, Ohio, Scott went on to the University of Akron, where he served as Executive Pastry Chef until joining DLM in 1996. Scott’s special qualifications include his 1995 training in the making of artisan breads with the Bread Bakers Guild in France.

Chocolate Ganache Tart
A buttery tart shell filled with ganache and topped with fresh whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and ground macadamia nuts.


Chocolate Mouse Cup
A chocolate cup filled with chocolate mousse and finished with edible gold and a raspberry.

Cream Horn
A flaky pastry horn filled with fresh whipped cream and sprinkled with chocolate shavings.


Cream Puff
Light and airy pâte choux filled with pastry cream and finished with powdered sugar.


Eclair
Light and airy pâte choux filled with pastry cream and finished with chocolate.


Fruit Tart
A buttery tart shell filled with pastry cream, fruit, and sprayed with an apricot glaze.


Lemon Tart
A buttery tart shell filled with lemon curd and topped with fresh whipped cream and a raspberry.


Tiramisù Cup
Layers of vanilla génoise, mascarpone cheese, and espresso set inside this cute cup. Topped with fresh whipped cream, cocoa, and a tiramisù medallion.


Waffle Cone
A mini waffle cone filled with raspberry, strawberry, or chocolate mousse.
