Tom Winter has been shopping at DLM since he was five years old. His career started in Oakwood bagging groceries, and he has worked his way up to Vice President of Marketing and Director of Grocery, Frozen, and Dairy. The 1973 graduate of Wright State University has been a member of the DLM family for over 40 years. Over the years, he has spent numerous hours working in many departments at DLM to bring our customers the best service possible. He often travels the country in search of the latest and greatest clean products. His goal is to continue making DLM the very best at serving the needs of our customers. Every decision he makes is made with this in mind. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, gardening, and above all spending time with his family.

Frontera Salsa
Frontera thick and chunky salsas capture the exuberant regional flavors of Mexico. They are made in small batches using time-honored methods and fresh, natural ingredients. Fire-roasted to concentrate, sweeten, and intensify the natural flavors, the salsas from Rick Bayless' famed Chicago Restaurants, Frontera Grill and Topolobampo, are the best you'll ever have!

Texas Joe’s Salsa
For a lot of us around here at DLM, the salsa connection is Joe Presas. Joe is a native of the Texas-Mexico border, and he has been an associate at DLM for over 30 years. Wherever Joe worked, you could always find salsa. To this day, passing by to say hello to Joe always means a taste of salsa and breaking out in a forehead sweat. In Joe’s honor, we named our DLM salsas “Texas Joe’s.” Original, Peach, and Roasted Tomato are made to our specs in small batches in California’s wine country. They’re great with chicken, pork, and beef dishes, and of course with good hearty corn chips (our favorite is El Milagro Tortilla Chips).
