Jack Gridley is a familiar, friendly face behind the meat counter. Jack has been a member of the DLM family for over 30 years. With a strong passion for great quality food, Jack has spearheaded many of our creative initiatives during his years at DLM. An avid outdoorsman, Jack enjoys hunting and fishing. He has traveled extensively – out West, where he has spent numerous weeks in a saddle on working cattle ranches; up north to Alaska, where he has worked on boats alongside salmon fishermen; and overseas to Italy, which is one of his very favorite parts of the world. Jack’s mission at DLM is to “help our customers be knowledgeable and successful in preparing products by offering the best quality natural meat and seafood available to our customers”.


Gourmet Burgers

Let our Meat Department do all the work as they chop, dice, and shred ingredients to pull together fabulous combinations for some delicious gourmet burgers. You can't find burgers like this anywhere else! So fire up the grill and throw on a few burgers for dinner tonight!

To Cook Burgers: To grill over high heat, place burger on a preheated grill rack and cook, turning once about 3-5 minutes a side or until desired doneness. To fry, heat 1 Tbsp of oil over medium heat, turning once about 3-5 minutes a side or until desired doneness.


Rosemary Lamb Burger
Lean ground Coleman Natural Lamb™, fresh rosemary, real Dijon mustard and a hint of garlic highlights this gourmet burger. Try it grilled medium rare and serve on a DLM ciabatta roll slathered with garlic mayonnaise and a slice of ripe tomato.


Black and Blue Burger
Coleman Natural Beef™ Ground Beef dusted with Cajun seasoning and stuffed with real blue cheese. Excellent on our Kaiser roll topped with DLM Blue Cheese Dressing and crisp iceberg lettuce.


Palmer Burger
Coleman Natural Beef™ Ground Steak, shredded provolone cheese and A-1 sauce make this burger an associate favorite. Great on its own without a bun and topped with sautéed mushrooms, or try it for your next barbeque with grilled onions on a DLM French Baguette.


Bacon Cheddar Burger
DLM’s Uncured Bacon and shredded cheddar cheese combined with Coleman Natural Beef™ G round Beef make this burger a family favorite. Serve on our classic soft hamburger roll and don’t forget the pickles!


Ortega Burger
Green diced chilies, Pepper Jack cheese, and taco seasonings combined with Coleman Natural Beef™ Ground Beef makes one great burger! Try it topped with guacamole on a fresh hamburger bun alongside chips and salsa.


Hot Sicilian Burger
Store made Hot Italian Sausage, Coleman Natural Beef™ Ground Beef, provolone cheese and plenty of garlic makes a full-flavored burger! Fabulous with sautéed onions and peppers on DLM Classic Italian Bread or try it slathered with DLM’s Original Marinara Sauce and melted mozzarella.


Greek Burger
Fresh spinach, feta cheese and a touch of garlic combined with Coleman Natural Beef™ Ground Beef is one of our favorite burgers here at DLM. Try it slathered with tzatziki sauce, red ripe tomatoes, and slivered red onion in pita bread.


Philly Burger
This burger serves up classic Philly flavors with our Coleman Natural Beef™ Ground Beef, lightly mixed with onion, green peppers, and provolone cheese. Great charred on the grill and slathered with mustard and mayonnaise.


Ranch Turkey Burger
Locally raised Bowman and Landes freshly ground turkey along with the flavors of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing and Swiss cheese make one fantastic burger! Try it tonight topped with red ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced cucumber, and crisp lettuce on a DLM 10-grain roll.


Horseradish Burger
Coleman Natural Beef™ and Boars Head Horseradish Cheddar and a touch of our special seasonings like sea salt and fresh garlic gives this burger a great flavor profile that is sure to please. Try it on our ciabatta roll tonight with an ice cold micro-brewed beer.
