Nicoletta was born and raised in Bari, Puglia; the heel of Italy. She and her husband, Giacomo, moved to the US in 2009. The couple enjoys preparing authentic Italian meals for their three bilingual children. Nicoletta owns a business called "When I am in Rome", in which she teaches Italian, provides travel planning services, and cooking classes. Nicoletta is excited to share her Italian culture, and beautiful food and language with our Culinary Center students.
