• Can I use a DLM Gift Card online?

  Yes, your DLM Gift Card can be used online as well as in-store and at our Culinary Center locations. To use your gift card online, simply type in the gift card number and security code at checkout.

• How can I send an E-Gift Card?

  To send a DLM E-Gift Card, simply visit this page and fill out your desired amount, recipient’s email, and personalized message. You can choose to send it right away or schedule it to send in the future, your choice! Once your E-Gift Card has been received, we will send a confirmation to your email.

• Can I use an E-Gift card in-store?

  Yes, your DLM E-Gift card can be used online as well as in-store and at our Culinary Center locations. To use at a physical location, either print out a physical copy of your E-Gift Card, or have the barcode ready on your mobile device to scan at checkout.

• Do DLM Gift Cards ever expire?

  No, our DLM Gift Cards never lose value or expire, so you can treat your gift card like it was cash.

• My DLM Gift Card has been lost or stolen. What should I do?

  Please contact us with a report of your lost or stolen card. One of our associates would be happy to help resolve the issue.

• Can DLM Gift Cards be used for Culinary Center classes?

  Yes, all DLM Gift Cards can be used at our Culinary Center, as well as online and in-store. To use your gift card to pay for a Culinary Center class, simply type in the gift card number and security code at checkout.
