Timothy Persson - Culinary Center Instructor
Timothy Persson is the Proprietor/CEO of Hess Persson Estates Winery in Napa Valley. Born in Ireland and raised in southern Africa, Tim returned to Europe and graduated from Trinity College in Dublin and met his wife Sabrina (Donald Hess' step-daugher) while practicing law in London. In 2012 Tim and Sabrina moved to Napa so that he could directly oversee the family's wine business in the US. Always respecting the business legacy they've inherited, Tim and Sabrina are committed to building the next generation of luxury wines from Napa Valley and its surroundings.
