David Glynn is an innovative chef who believes in keeping flavors and recipes simple, allowing the food and its quality to speak for itself. Now at the Officers' Club at WPAFB, David has returned to Dayton from Chicago, where he was the kitchen manager at the legendary Italian Steakhouse, Harry Caray's, and the Executive Chef at Neiman Marcus. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, David was the proprietor/executive chef of several restaurants about town, including the well-known Peasant Stock Restaurant. We welcome David, an outstanding chef and popular instructor, back to DLM.
