Shirley Corriher - Culinary Center Instructor

People in airports recognize Shirley Corriher as the "Mad Scientist" on the Good Eats TV show. She has appeared on many TV shows, even once on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live! with Snoop Dogg as her fry chef. Shirley has taught from Vancouver to Sicily, written a syndicated column since 1996, and is an award-winning author. Her book CookWise, the James Beard Awards winner for Best Reference and Technique Book of 1997, has sold over 300,000 copies. Her new book, BakeWise, released in October 2008, also won the James Beard Award for Baking.
