Watch and learn while Tom demonstrates one of his specialties that always brings rave reviews from family and friends! Tom's menu is bursting with complex flavors, using a combination of chilies and spices, with just the right amount of heat. The Tres Amigos name, "Three Friends", is derived from three chilies (poblano, jalapeño, and chipotle) and three beans (northern, pinto, and black). The chicken broth is made from scratch and thickened with masa harina. You'll top your soup with scallions, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. This menu will be paired with wine.
