When you think of classical French pastry, sipping espresso at a Parisian café while enjoying a freshly baked croissant may come to mind. Our pastry chefs are proud to bring a world-class pastry experience right here to you in Ohio. We use the highest quality ingredients and love creating edible works of art. 

What truly makes our Pâtisserie unique are the classically trained pastry chefs behind the scenes. We have 50 years of combined experience, with many of those years taking place here at DLM. With the continual evolution and changes to our menu, it allows us to advance our own skills. We also have the opportunity to travel and discover fi rst hand what's trending, including several trips to New York City, Los Angeles, and more! 

Each delicacy is Made Right Here, meaning no mixes. For example, our popular chocolate mousse is made with all-natural ingredients—local organic eggs and high-quality dark chocolate. The team folds together ingredients by hand to help maintain the decadent yet airy consistency. Multiple times a week, we make pastry cream from scratch using the simple ingredients of milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

That pastry cream will make its way into many fanciful sweets in our pastry case, from éclairs and cream puffs to fruit tarts and napoleon. All of these items are made every morning and sent to our stores daily to provide the freshest quality. We use organic local eggs delivered weekly fresh from the farm. Our croissant dough and puff pastry are made completely from scratch and laminated with Beurre de Tourage, a special butter from pasture-raised cows in France. We love how the pastures are located on the Cotentin Peninsula where the warm temperature creates rich pastures full of mineral salts, which results in a better tasting butter that we use for our croissant dough.

 While growth can sometimes result in cutting corners to find easier ways of doing things quicker, we seek to grow while supporting our continued vision of making top-quality, artisan pastries. We hope that when customers think about classical French pastries, their first thought is here at home and how amazing it is that the experience they have at DLM is just as enjoyable as what they may find in Paris.
