We practice the art of butchery, which means we will custom cut any piece of meat that you would like any way that you would like. My name is Greg Estes and I'm the Meat manager at DLM Washington Square. Together with fellow managers Wes Turner (DLM Oakwood) and Jessie VanZant (DLM Springboro), we have over 55 years of experience. That number jumps exponentially when you combine all of the long-standing skilled butchers working at each store. We believe these are the best Meat departments that have ever been constructed. Beyond quality, you will find us—your butchers—armed with not only sharp knives, but skill, expertise, and great service that we are proud to provide every time you shop.

CUT TO ORDER DAILY

Everything you see in our service case has been looked at, touched, and cut by our trained butchers. When we say that we take pride in what we are selling, we mean it, as our butchers approve the quality of anything that can be found in our meat and service case. Product arrives and then it is cut and trimmed by us before being set on display. This allows us to off er a fresher product with no added preservatives which can be found in meat shops that simply unbox and put out prepacked meat. Our ground meats are ground fresh daily. This is more work, but it guarantees the freshest ground product. What doesn't sell from the prior day is immediately cooked in our Kitchens and incorporated into recipes. 

WE OFFER CUSTOM CUTS

Custom cutting means that if you see something in our case but you want one that's thicker, thinner, or even paper-thin, we will do just that, whether we start with the product in the case or grab the item uncut in the back. We can tie your roast, cut it into stew meat, grind it, or even cut your steak meat into kebabs. It's not often we hear a request we can't accommodate, so talk to us. We want to help and we want you to be successful with your cooking endeavor. In fact, we hope you stop back by and tell us how it went!

LET US COOK AT JACK'S GRILL

We also practice the art of custom grilling at Jack's Grill. You can either order from the menu or pick any piece of meat or seafood from our case, and we'll season and cook it. This opens a whole new way to enjoy our world-class meats!

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Taking some thick-cut steaks on vacation? We offer vacuum sealing at no extra charge. Need your knives sharpened? Bring in up to three and we'll sharpen them within 48 hours.
