This Manchego Cheese is crafted and aged for 6 months in La Mancha, Spain. When you visit Spain, you will see wheels of Manchego stacked up everywhere, from tapas bars to supermarkets. Try it and you'll see why Spaniards love it. Made from the raw milk of sheep, ours is semi-firm, with a creamier texture than most. Manchego is great for nibbling after dinner with a glass of sherry or port. It does just as well as a snack with cold fresh grapes, or for grating over vegetables, beans, and soups. We have personally toured the facility and dined with the cheese maker himself and his family. This is one of our favorite cheeses.
