DLM's famed Heavenly Ham® is honey-glazed and spiral-sliced. It'll likely be the centerpiece dish at any gathering. Don't forget to save the leftovers and pair with our Heavenly Ham® Bean Soup Mix, containing pinto, navy, red kidney, split peas, black beans, lima beans, lentils, and black-eyed peas for the ultimate ham and bean soup. We've also thrown in a loaf of Asiago Bread, baked fresh in the DLM bakery and perfect for dipping.

FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR ENRICHED [NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID], MALTED BARLEY FLOUR), POOLISH (WATER, DRY YEAST [YEAST, SORBITAN MONOSTEARATE, ASCORBIC ACID]), SEA SALT, NATURAL DOUGH CONDITIONER (WHEAT GLUTEN, WHEAT FLOUR, ENZYMES, ASCORBIC ACID), DIASTATIC MALT (MALTED BARLEY, WHEAT FLOUR, DEXTROSE), ASIAGO CHEESE (PASTEURIZED MILK, CHEESE CULTURES, SALT, ENZYMES, POWDERED CELLULOSE ADDED TO PREVENT CAKING)
Preparation: Serve at room temperature or heat by placing it, with the foil slightly opened at the top, in a 250°F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. If only a few slices are needed, heat them in a skillet for 2–3 minutes.
Carving Tips: For a Heavenly Ham®, use a sharp knife to make a cut lengthwise along the round bone which will release the spiral cut slices. A Whole Heavenly Ham® is already cut in half so you can start serving from the center of the ham.
Dressed with our signature glaze of a sweet, rich honey and delicate spices that are sealed in with a high-heat open flame, our Heavenly Ham® is a tradition worth holding onto.
