This rustic loaf is made with locally produced DLM 100% Apple Cider, morsels of apple, and locally harvested Red Fife Flour from Branstator Farm, giving it a delightful flavor that's perfect for fall. Our sourdough starter, which is nurtured with care, adds a depth and complexity that sets this bread apart. Each loaf is shaped by hand and baked in our stone hearth oven in the DLM Bakehouse.
This bread is affectionately known as Normandy Apple Sourdough, it's the same as Apple Cider Sourdough.
