We love the flavor of roasted Hatch Chiles, so offering chiles from our open-flame roaster has become an annual tradition! We quickly roast these beautiful chiles at a high temperature to get the best flavor!
Due to limited supply, we reserve the right to modify large quantities. To preserve the product for safer travel, we freeze the quart prior to shipping. Please contact us with any questions.
