We love this family owned cheese maker and have visited their facility. A British Cheddar brings salty, sweet, and nutty notes with loads of crystallization. Beemster Vlaskaas Gouda is a buttery, semi-soft cheese boasting a distinctive sweet-milk flavor. Subtle hints of almond add another layer of complexity, while a touch of sharpness creates a delightful depth of character.
