Ghyslain's Signature Chocolates

Ghyslain’s Turtle Mosaique Collection (6-ct gift box) features six hand-painted milk chocolate turtles, made with Ghyslain’s signature caramel and decorated with vibrantly colored pure cocoa butter. Each color represents a different toasted gourmet nut delicately tucked into the caramel-filled shell. Turtle Mosaique nut types include walnut, almond, pistachio, pecan, macadamia, and cashew.

These artisanal chocolates are locally made by Ghyslain Chocolatier in Union City, Indiana. Master Chef Ghyslain Maurais was born in Quebec, Canada, honed his skills in France, and has been crafting his art of chocolate in Indiana for many years. His chocolates, macarons, and pastries have been showcased in our Bakeries and stores, and we are pleased to offer his chocolates online for all to enjoy!
