Lopaus Point Blueberry Gluten Free Waffles: Their founder spent many days of her childhood picking the tiny wild berries native to her Maine roots. Lopaus Point uses wild Maine blueberries and heaps of them. Wild berries are smaller, sweeter and higher in antioxidants. They have an intense blueberry flavor and are the star of this waffle. They add a hint of cinnamon to the batter that creates an amazing aroma while toasting. Drizzle with pure maple syrup, spread with cream cheese or toast and dice to make croutons for a mixed green and berry salad!  (we may need to substitute with a seasonal waffle flavor)
