Hot off the press, it’s the first olive oil produced from the year’s first harvest. Olio Cru Nuovo Olive Oil is a medium to intense fruity nuovo oil with a medium level of bitter and spicy notes, accompanied by notes of artichoke and fresh almonds. Typically green in color, this oil is only available for a limited time.
