A Passionate Revival
In 2009, cheesemaker Jesse Werner embarked on a mission to revive the historic Plymouth Cheese Factory and its iconic granular curd Cheddar recipe. Armed with expertise from the Vermont Institute of Artisanal Cheese (VIAC) and a mentorship under renowned Québécois cheesemaker Marc Andre St. Yves, Jesse realized his lifelong dream when his proposal to revitalize the factory was accepted.
