Savannah Bee Tupelo Honey is the queen of the honey world as it is everyone's favorite. The Tupelo trees grow in the Altamaha and Apalachicola swamps of Georgia and Florida, and only bloom 3-10 days a year, so the bees have a short window to get in and gather that special nectar. It's light, golden, buttery, and super sweet. This honey is a favorite in tea but is great to brush on pastries or fresh bread for added sweetness on anything you want to elevate. According to Savannah Bee, honey is one of the only foods that never spoils. It will not rot or ferment when stored under normal conditions.
