Fine English Wheat Rounds are one in a range of quintessentially English biscuits to accompany fine English cheeses. In the late 19th century, a talented Scot named Alexander Grant invented the digestive biscuit. The recipe was passed on to his daughter, and eventually down for us to enjoy today. These sweet biscuits, produced in Bath, England, are perfect for tea and all-butter cheeses. These famous wheat rounds were recently reborn, refined and re-imagined into these coins. Same great flavor and still pair perfectly with English Cheddars and Stilton.
