We chose our DLM blend on site and love it for its depth, richness, and complexity. Enjoy DLM Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena drizzled over roasted meats, steak, pizza, cheese, or strawberries. Or, add to sauces and gravies for new depths of flavor.
