    About Cahill's Porter Cheddar

Aged Irish Cheddar permeated with dark porter that results in a strikingly beautiful brown mosaic and rich, toasty flavor with hints of chocolate hops. Try melted on a burger or simply paired with its namesake porter!

This was a really fantastic transaction. From start to receiving the cheese. Was informed the whole way through. The cheese was well packaged and in ice packs to keep it cool. Will definitely shop here again. Thank you

I was thrilled to see this hard to find cheese, along with a few other less available cheeses. Ordering was easy and delivery seamless. They all tasted very good.
