Rustichella d'Abruzzo Tomato Sauce with Basil is made with tomatoes picked at the peak of ripeness as well as the finest extra-virgin olive oil from Abruzzo. Sicilian Sea Salt, and organic sofrito set this sauce into a category of its own. This smaller jar of sauce contains the perfect amount of sauce to dress a 500g package of Rustichella d'Abruzzo pasta as the Italians doL pasta with sauce, not sauce with pasta. It is suggested that you only slightly heat the sauce and serve warm.

We love the taste and consistency of this sauce. It's the perfect size for two of us. We mail order it and it always is packaged well. We have had a couple breakages in the past but were sent replacements . Love DLM and that we are able to order and receive the favorite products we enjoyed when we lived in Dayton.

This is a favorite sauce of ours. I always have a couple jars in my pantry. It is the best jarred sauce I have bought and tastes similar to a simple Sicilian sauce I make on rare occasions now that I buy this product.
