Vincent Gouda from Holland is a medium intensity cheese with a nutty flavor and tangy finish. Its texture is smooth and buttery with bursts of crunchy crystals nestled within. This semi-firm Gouda goes perfect with fruits, making a nice lunch along with some crusty bread. Winner of 2004 Gold Medal in Dutch Cheese category at the World Cheese Awards held in the U.K.
