INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup drippings from roasted DLM Natural Beef Prime Rib Roast
  • 3 cups high quality beef stock
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove and scrape as much pan juice from roast beef as possible. Strain into a sauce pot and whisk in the stock and minced garlic; bringing it up to a boil. Taste and adjust seasoning. You may have to add a little salt to taste depending on the saltiness of the beef jus from roast.
