INGREDIENTS

  • ½ lb Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 24 pitted dates
  • 1 lb package DLM Uncured Bacon, cut in half

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice Parmigiano-Reggiano into sticks.

Stuff dates with one piece of cheese.

Wrap each date with 1/2 a piece of uncooked bacon.

Place wrap seam-side down on a baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 425°F.

Secure with toothpick and enjoy!
