This egg dish is delicious as is, but if you're looking to add an extra boost of flavor, try including one of these add-ins:

  • Sautéed mushrooms
  • Sautéed spinach
  • Cooked veggies or meat
  • Tomato slices
  • Sliced prosciutto
  • A spoonful or two of your favorite tomato sauce or harissa
  • Fresh chopped herbs

INGREDIENTS

  • Butter for pan
  • 1 cup cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup add-ins, if desired
  • 8 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Brush an oven-proof pan generously with butter. Pour in cream and season well with salt and pepper to taste. Add additional ingredients if desired. Crack the eggs and place on top.

Place in oven and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until whites are almost fully set. (Eggs will continue cooking a little after being removed from oven). Serve with buttered, toasted DLM Artisan Bread.
