INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices of DLM Classic 10-Grain Bread
  • 3 slices of DLM Uncured Bacon
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 slices of local tomatoes
  • 1 egg, fried
  • handful of arugula

INSTRUCTIONS

Toast bread. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayo on one side of each slice. Place ripe tomatoes on one side of bread and top with bacon and freshly cooked egg. Top with arugula, close the sandwich, and enjoy!
