INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs DLM Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 pkg Frontera Classic Red Mole Skillet Sauce
  • 4 servings DLM Cilantro Lime Rice
  • 4 servings DLM Black Bean & Corn Salsa

INSTRUCTIONS

Season chicken with salt.

In a sauté pan, heat a little oil and sauté chicken until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.

Add sauce and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Heat rice in the microwave and serve alongside chicken and salsa.
