Connecticut-Style Lobster Roll

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp DLM Salted Artisan Butter
  • 8 oz cold cracked, raw, knuckle claw lobster meat, thawed and drained
  • ¼ tsp salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 DLM Brioche Buns or Hot Dog Buns, split
  • 1 Tbsp chives, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Over low heat, melt the butter and add the well-drained lobster meat. Roll around in butter and season to taste with the salt. Cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes or until lobster is firm and opaque in the center.

Divide and tuck into the split rolls and garnish with chives.
