INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package DLM White Corn Tortilla Chips
  • 1 package Tillamook Shredded Cheese
  • 1 lb DLM Smoked Pulled Pork
  • 1 Jar DLM Original Barbecue Sauce
  • ½ cup Mazunte's Pickled Red Onions
  • 1 fresh jalapeño, sliced
  • ½ cup DLM Corn and Black Bean Salsa
  • cilantro sprigs

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat broiler to high or preheat oven to 450°F.

Spread tortilla chips on bottom of an oven-proof pan and top with a layer of shredded cheese.

Toss DLM Smoked Pulled Pork with a little DLM Original Barbeque Sauce and scatter on top.

Bake or broil in a hot oven watching carefully until cheese is melted and chips are crispy.

Remove from oven and top with Mazunte’s pickled red onions, fresh jalapeño slices, DLM Corn and Black Bean Salsa, and cilantro sprigs.
