Harissa Lamb Shoulder Chops

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 DLM Natural Lamb Shoulder Chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp DLM Pure Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp harissa

INSTRUCTIONS

Season lamb shoulder chops generously with salt and pepper. Preheat a sauté pan until hot. Add olive oil and swirl in pan.

Add the chops and cook for about 4 to 6 minutes a side, or until desired doneness. Spread a dollop of harissa on both sides of the chop during the last minute or two of cooking.

Remove from pan and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Serve with additional harissa sauce and a drizzle of olive oil. Excellet with couscous or rice.
