Italian Deli Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • cup DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Aunt Mary's Italian White Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ lb pasta cooked al dente and rinsed
  • 4 oz Heavenly Ham®, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • ¼ lb DLM Handmade Fresh Mozzarella, cut into matchsticks
  • ½ cup pepperoncini, cut into rings
  • ½ cup celery, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh basil, torn

INSTRUCTIONS

Make the dressing by whisking the oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes, shallot, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Toss the cooked and rinsed pasta into the dressing. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and adjust seasoning if necessary, serve.
