This quick dinner idea packs in the flavor. Customize your garnishes, such as fried egg, sriracha sauce, sliced green onions, or toasted sesame seeds. For the Korean-style BBQ sauce, we really enjoy This Little Goat Went to Korea.
INGREDIENTS
1Tbsp
vegetable oil
½
yellow onion, diced
1Tbsp
fresh ginger, minced
2
cloves fresh garlic, minced
Salt to taste

16-oz pkg DLM Grass-Fed Ground Beef
⅔cup
Korean-style BBQ Sauce or gochujang
Cooked jasmine rice
Korean-style slaw or your favorite veggies
INSTRUCTIONS

In a sauté pan, heat the oil and cook the onion, ginger, and garlic, seasoning with salt to taste until soft and tender.

Add the beef and cook and crumble until no longer pink. Drain off the fat and add in the Korean-style BBQ sauce. Mix well and heat through.

In order, place cooked rice, Korean-style slaw/favorite veggies, then beef stir-fry. Or, forego the rice and start with slaw. Top with any or all of the garnishes!
