Local Strawberry & Radish Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups salad greens, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup rainbow radishes, thinly sliced
  • Handful of sorrel, washed and leafed
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Tbsp Aunt Angie's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • 1 tsp DLM 100% Pure Honey, or more to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Place prepared salad greens, strawberries, rainbow radishes, sorrel, and scallions in a large bowl.

In a smaller bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey and season to taste with salt and pepper. Right before serving, drizzle over salad and toss until lightly coated.
