Maple & Sriracha Glazed Bacon

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb DLM Thick Cut Uncured Bacon
  • 6 Tbsp DLM 100% Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha (or more to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat oven to 400°F and line a jelly roll pan with foil.

If you have a rack, use it, but if not, place bacon slices directly on foil.

In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup and Sriracha together. Brush both sides of the bacon strips with it.

Bake 18- 25 minutes, basting once or twice with the mixture.
