INGREDIENTS

  • 2 DLM Fresh Crab Cakes
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • Fresh lemon and remoulade sauce for garnish (if desired)

INSTRUCTIONS

Break down each crab cake into three smaller pieces. Lightly pan fry in butter until golden brown on both sides and serve warm. Delicious on their own or with a squeeze of fresh lemon or a dollop of remoulade sauce.
