Our Sundried Tomato & Basil Ciabatta is studded with sundried tomatoes and flecked with basil throughout its light and airy dough. When you layer on silky ribbons of prosciutto, luscious burrata cheese, fresh arugula, and a drizzle of olive oil, your sandwich is destined for greatness.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices DLM Sundried Tomato & Basil Ciabatta Bread
  • 2 oz Maestri Prosciutto, sliced
  • 2 oz burrata cheese
  • Handful of arugula
  • DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

On one slice of bread, arrange prosciutto slices in tufts.

Dollop with burrata.

Top the burrata with a handful of arugula, drizzle with a little olive oil, and season generously with salt and pepper.

Close sandwich with other slice of bread. Enjoy!
