INGREDIENTS

  • 4-6 slices of DLM Artisan Einkorn Bread, cut into bite sized pieces.
  • 4 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 4 Tbsp anchovy paste
  • 6 radishes, washed and thinly sliced
  • Parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut DLM Artisan Einkorn Bread into bite-sized pieces. Toast in an oven for 4 to 5 min then let cool.

Mash anchovy paste into softened butter and spread on toasted DLM Artisan Einkorn Bread.

Top with sliced radish and garnish with parsley.
