- Marinated DLM Flat Chicken®
- Potatoes
- Onion
- Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Place Flat Chicken® on a sheet pan with quartered potatoes and onions. Drizzle with olive oil and roast at 350ºF for one hour or to an internal temperature of 170ºF and potatoes are tender. Season generously with salt and pepper.
