pkg halved Brussels sprouts (about 1.5 cups)

red onion, sliced

DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place cut veggies on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well and spread out. Nestle the sausages evenly spaced amongst the veggies and season everything with salt and pepper.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until sausage reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and veggies are roasted and tender.
