Our Sundried Tomato & Basil Ciabatta is a flavorful take on our classic Ciabatta. Flecked with basil and mixed with sundried tomatoes throughout its light and airy dough, this bread is the perfect choice for layering with salami, Gorgonzola, and fresh arugula.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 sliced Sundried Tomato & Basil Ciabatta Bread
  • Handful of arugula
  • DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 oz Maestri Rustico Salami, sliced
  • 1 oz Gorgonzola Dolce

INSTRUCTIONS

On one slice of bread, place arugula, drizzle with a little olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

On top of arugula, place folded pieces of salami.

Top with a slice or two of the gorgonzola.

Close sandwich with other slice of bread. Enjoy!

YUM... My granddaughter is vegan so we leave off the salami and the gorgonzola... So good... Pepper too spicy.....
