Scrambled Eggs With Truffle

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ Tbsp DLM Salted Artisan Butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A few TartufLanghe Summer Truffle Slices

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, beat eggs until no visible egg whites remain.

Melt butter over medium-low heat in a small non-stick skillet. Add eggs and lower heat to a simmer. Let cook without stirring for a minute or two until eggs are just starting to cook. Pull off the heat and stir with a spatula until eggs have just set into soft curds. Return to heat briefly if needed to cook more.

Season with salt and pepper and top with a slice or two of truffle.
