Sheet Pan Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Sweet Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg halved Brussels sprouts (about 1/2 lb)
  • 1 pkg cubed sweet potatoes (about 1/2 lb)
  • 3 Tbsp DLM Pure Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place the cut Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes on a baking pan and drizzling with oil. Mix well.

Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.

Place in oven and let roast until brown spots start to appear and veggies are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
