INGREDIENTS

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 4 to 6 oz each)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat grill to 450-500°F.

Season salmon generously with salt and pepper.

Oil the fish and place it skin-side down on a 450-500°F preheated grill. Allow it to cook for 6-8 minutes.

Flip once and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes.
