Fresh strawberries add a bright note to this beautifully decadent dessert. Serve in cocktail glasses for an elegant touch. 

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Brandy
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar (or more if desired)
  • 4 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix sour cream, brown sugar, and Brandy in a bowl and set aside.

In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until it starts to thicken and add in sugar. Whip it all together until thick.

Fold heavy cream into sour cream mixture and blend well. Serve with fresh strawberries.
