    INGREDIENTS

    • 4 oz Prosecco
    • 1½ oz St-Germain Liqueur or 1883 Maison Routin Elderflower Syrup
    • 1½ oz club soda
    • Cucumber and celery for garnish

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Pour the Elderflower liqueur or syrup into desired glass. Top with Prosecco and add a splash of club soda. Garnish with fresh cucumber and/or celery.
